Q. What currency is your shop in?

All prices are in AUD (Australian dollars).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
- Sadly no, currently we are only shipping in Australia. This will be available over at my etsy shop in the future.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders will be dispatched 5-10 business days after an order is placed.
- The shipping estimations below are average ranges based on domestic shipping times, ordering from certain regions/states may delay delivery times.

Q. Does my order come with tracking?

Tracking does not automatically come with your order. If you wish to have tracking please select the option during checkout.
Q. Where can I track my package?

If you’ve received a tracking number with your order, you can visit the Auspost website to track where your pacakge is.

For domestic orders within Australia: If it has been more than 2-3 weeks since your order has been shipped.

For international orders outside Australia: If it has been more than 10 weeks since your order has been shipped.

Q. Returns and exchange policy?

Strictly no returns or exchanges are allowed.
Q. Will you replace/refund lost packages?
- Unfortunately, non-tracked orders that go missing cannot be replaced or refunded. To avoid any disappointment, we highly recommend selecting tracked shipping.
Q. My order came damaged / I received the wrong item!

Please contact us as soon as possible! We will do our best to fix any problems.
Q. I made a mistake on my order!

As long as we haven't shipped out the order you may contact us to have the mistake fixed! However once it has been shipped out, unfortunately we cannot do anything and its out of our hands. Please make sure everything is correct (items, mailing address, etc.) before checking out.
Q. What happens if my order gets returned?
- If your order gets returned to us for reasons like an incorrect address or being undeliverable, don't worry! We'll gladly resend it to you. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping fees.
Q. What happens if I make a chargeback claim?
- Chargebacks (disputes filed through PayPal, banks and credit card companies) have the potential to harm small businesses and cost both the seller and buyer time. Please ensure that you have read through all of these policies before placing an order to familiarise yourself with this site's procedures.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at yamiko.info@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you in accordance with our policies. If a chargeback is issued against this site, since the policies have been laid out for everyone, we will consider it evidence of the buyer's fraud/scam-like behavior. We will show evidence (such as time stamp of the buyer's agreement to terms) to get the chargeback disputed and we're likely to blacklist you from our shop in the future depending on the situation. Thank you so much for your understanding in this matter.
Standard Grade ✿
All pins are fulfilled at standard grade unless otherwise marked in the product title.
Enamel pins are handmade items, which means very few of them are "flawless".
Our standard grade pins may have one or more minor imperfections but are generally very hard to notice.
Examples of imperfections:
- Small, superficial scuffs or scratches on metal, enamel, or epoxy coating
- Small specks or bubbles
- Slightly low or uneven enamel fills
- Slightly misaligned screen printing (if applicable)
- Some stray specks of glitter (if applicable)
- Other imperfections that can only be seen at certain angles or lighting conditions
If you have an issue with the grade of pin you received, please contact us with a detailed description and photos if possible.
Seconds (B Grade) ✿
Seconds grades have one or more imperfections which are easier to spot.
Examples of imperfections:
- Scuffs or scratches on metal, enamel, or epoxy coating
- Specks or bubbles
- Low or uneven fills
- Misaligned screen printing (if applicable)
- Stray glitter (if applicable)
- Small unfilled or misfilled areas
- Imperfect metal plating
- Please do not copy/ trace our designs.
- Purchased items are for personal use only.
- Reselling of products is strictly prohibited.
- Please note that the colours of product photos and actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
- We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, scammers, resellers, or distributors.
Q. Can I use your art for wallpapers/etc. ?

Yes! Feel free to use my art for any personal uses such as icons, avatars, phone & desktop wallpapers, etc.
Q. Are commissions open? Can I commission you?
